By accessing our website and booking services at USA Pilates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
USA Pilates provides in-studio Pilates instruction in Monument, Colorado, as well as virtual and live-stream sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice.
Account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and booking sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Booking and Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance through our online platform. Payment is due at the time of booking unless using a pre-purchased package credit. All prices are in US Dollars.
Package Credits
Package credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Expiration dates apply as specified at the time of purchase. Credits are forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy

Health and Safety
By booking a session, you represent that you are physically able to participate in Pilates training and will disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns to your instructor prior to training.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of USA Pilates and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Pilates, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
