Trio Training Sessions

Small Group Energy, Individual Attention

Trio Training at USA Pilates offers the perfect balance—intimate small group atmosphere with three participants, energizing group dynamics, and personalized instruction that keeps you progressing toward your goals. It’s the ideal middle ground between private training and larger group classes.

What to Expect

In a trio session, you’ll train alongside two other clients under Jenna’s expert guidance. With only three participants, you’ll receive substantial individual attention, form corrections, and modifications while benefiting from the motivating energy of a small group.

You’ll rotate through exercises on various pieces of equipment—Reformer, Tower, Chair, Cadillac, and Step Barrel—keeping your workout varied, engaging, and challenging. The small group size allows Jenna to maintain high standards of technique while creating a supportive, community-oriented atmosphere.
